First EQUITY INVESTMENT for LGSC Property Solutions, Inc.
The Pocono Crossing shopping center in Chesterfield County, which was slated to be sold at auction last summer, was sold for $12.3 million.
The 180,845-square-foot retail center at 10400 Midlothian Turnpike was acquired by Florida, N.Y.-based BVA Pocono Crossing LLC, according to county property records. The deal closed Jan. 31.
Anchor tenants are Burlington, a Chuck E. Cheese and a Tuesday Morning. Burlington, a tenant since 2013, recently extended its lease term for an additional five years, according to Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group, which represented the seller in the deal.
